Anyone with a modicum of interest in dance music couldn’t have helped notice the rise of Australian dance artists, who are finally gaining wider acceptance in the northern hemisphere. The ease with which
tracks can now be circulated at the click of a mouse has obviously has helped.

As we’ve known for a long time, the world is getting smaller thanks to the Internet, email and downloads, and the dance world is reaping the rewards of global exposure.

Those from the south who are leading the charge right now seem to be the Dirty South, who’ve taken the electro revival one step further, and created their own niche, making them the preferred choice of most remix lists.

Their own work ain’t too shabby either with ‘Better Day’ a prime example of their sound.

Made with the über talented Paul Harris the track has won friends far and wide – Pete Tong’s Essential New Tune a fitting billing.
