Di Scala and Whelan team up for ‘Outta Time’

Mike Di Scala is one of the Northwest of England’s hardest working deck spinners, while in the studio he has mixed an array of artists including Tom Novy and Axwell.
In partnership with Dave Whelan, the two are Whelan & Di Scala and no slouches at creating their own tracks either with ‘Outta Time’ for their debut release on their own Bachelor Pad Recordings home – following on from last year’s ‘Spaced Out’, ‘Sunset To Sunrise’ and their pop-dance cover of Womack & Womack’s ‘Teardrops’.
It’s back to basics with Abigail Bailey (the voice behind Herd & Fitz’s ‘I Just Can’t Get Enough’) dreamy ethereal vocal hook melding into a deep, sexy and seductive offering complete with spine tingling breakdowns.
Remixes come courtesy of Jim Rivers (with a Lil’ Louis ‘French Kiss’ parody) the hands-in-the-air Terrace Remix and jackin’ beats supplied by Colin Airey (of Mirabeau fame).
