BBC Radio 1 DJ Dave ‘roll another phat one’ Pearce is known for wearing his baseball caps and for playing cheesy trance and house.

And now some wonderful sepia-tinted photos from the 1980s have surfaced, that reveal the Dance Anthems king to be a fan of tight jeans, tight t-shirts and side-partings.

We especially like the way Dave places one finger on the side of his face to convey a serious pose.

“Hey,” he might say, in the same way The Fonz did. “I’m cool.”
