Dance Anthem: Tiga ‘Hot In Herre’

I’ve been a bit slack with unearthing old dance music classics - the New Year is always about looking forwards, not back - but now I’m ready to start digging again.

Kicking off my first dance anthem of 2008 is Tiga’s sexy and fun track ‘Hot In Herre’ [track no.6 in the player below].

Hip hop artist Nelly originally released ‘Hot In Herre’ in 2002, but the Tiga remix, which uses the vocal talent of Jake Shears from Scissor Sisters, is much better.

“It’s getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes,” so goes the vocal.

Any track that encourages naughtiness on the dancefloor gets my vote.
