Clipz finally brings ‘Offline’ on Audio Zoo

‘Offline’, perhaps on the most hyped-up drum & bass tune of 2008, finally gets its Beatport release.

The white label seems have been doing the rounds now for nearly ten months, played by almost everyone in the scene from Adam F and Andy C to TC and Fabio.

The track is Clipzs sickest production as of yet, incorporating his classic style of rolling jump-up, with some deep breaks and underlying vocal samples.

Let’s not forget the A-side, ‘Ugly’, a diverse track with electronic sounding beats more akin to previous releases ‘Rubbish’ and ‘Download’.

The vocals kick in courtesy of Hollie G, in a snappy and catchy delivery that raises the track bar by 100%, and are reminiscent of something that John B would produce.

There seems to be no stopping Bristol’s Clipz at the time being, with Audio Zoo going from strength to strength and having recently collaborated with long time Full Cycle partner DJ Die.

Clipz is also rumoured to be in the studio busy at work on the forthcoming album from Ben Westbeech.
