Yerba Buena Discos is proud to present our latest release, City To City.

City to City is the result of a collaboration between YBD’s own Cubase Dan and underground favorite Jason Merle.

Their original mixes of ”Recognize Me” and ”Tyisha” represent a new jackin’ house sound, fresh for 2009.  Stripped down to the basics- they take out the cheese and leave the essential grooves. Definitely some future sounds.

Florida’s Latenight Society remix ”Recognize Me” into a deep, jazzy thumper, while Allen Craig’s remix of “Tyisha” redefines the jack with its minimal but tribal tech-funk house flow.
