This Cassius-style electro house excursion, going by the name of ‘Chaak Treatment’, is a bouncy one.

It’s all happy vibes and feel-good filtered vocals.

The vocal loops for the entire track and punchy, sharp beats roll out in formation with a sawtooth bass.

If you’ve ever played Ridge Racer on the Playstation 1, then you’ll sort of know what to expect from this song – pseudo rave on steroids.

The arrangement is decent, so it doesn’t get boring easily, and the bridge has enough funk to make you bust out the body popping moves.

DJ Kue busts out the production tricks on his Squirrel Funk Remix.

He’s gone all edit crazy, and as such, everything comes across a bit Aphex Twin as various snippets of audio repeat themselves in insane patterns.

There’s a cool bassline in this remix – a bit drum & bass in style – and something that Twisted Individual might have come out with.

DJ Kue knows how to work the floor, because the various build ups in his mix of ‘Chaak Treatment’ are just insane.

This is definitely one to get the toes tapping and the rumps-a-shakin’.
