CDJ-400 update - features announced

CDJ-400 update - features announced

Pioneer recently unveiled its CDJ-400 at the UK’s BPM show, a CD player that is likely to cause some waves in the DJing community.

More info has now come in about its features.

You’ll be able to plug in a USB stick into the CDJ-400 to play MP3 files directly.

It has a jog dial, which is not available in the CDJ-100 or CDJ-200.

Its jog dial can be used for effects.

The loop functionality will include Beat Loop, Loop Divide and Hot Loop.

Plus there will be no need for a control disk when using the CDJ-400 as a MIDI controller, which will make controlling DJ software such as Serato even easier.
