Bomb Alert! It might seem self-serving to scream about a new track from one of our contributors but in the case of ‘Yin’, a forthcoming collaborative electro-tech cut from Beatportal’s technology guru Francis Preve and electro maestro Wolfgang Gartner, the music more than speaks for itself.

With its big room FX, chunky house beats, atmospheric techno twinkles and gut-gripping electro groove, it’s destined to be a mainroom crowd pleaser in the coming weeks. Oh, and did we mention, Britain’s Mark Knight has given it his stamp of approval by signing it to Toolroom?

Yep, this one looks likely to head into the Beatport Top 10. Hear a preview after the jump.

Like a cross between the more heads-down electro house output of Deadmau5 and the techno flirtations of Funkagenda, ‘Yin’ is destined for main arena soundsystems and has more than enough bang to keep larger dancefloors on high alert.

Mr. Preve is known around these parts for being quite the studio master - his production tutorials have been invaluable to aspiring producers - but with this release, he could see a new career path for himself.

I just hope when he’s famous, he still finds time to write for Beatportal.
