Blame Drops ‘Batcave’
11 May, 2008 | 2.39PM- Section: Music News Topics: Beatport Blog
Blame, of Moving Shadow and Good Looking fame drops his latest release ‘Batcave’, a tribal, jump-up release with tearing drum beats, strings and police sirens.
Even with his own label, 720 Degrees Music, Blame has been pumping out solid releases on Mampi Swift’s imprint.
Previous release Rush was championed by Fabio, who stated it was one of his favourite releases of the year so far.
‘Batcave’ pushes this big epic sound one step further.
Its tribal jump beat, horn sections, stabs, break downs and police sirens make it sound like the soundtrack to some epic car chase scene.
This surely highlights the way Blame’s music is going to progress.
Later this year he will launch his new label ‘Blame Music’, in which he intends to release a different style of music, focusing on the more percussive and orchestral side of his sounds.
More recently Blame contributed to Hospital‘s ever growing repertoire of massive hits with Hindsight, another epic, string-led liquid roller.
