Real Estate Records latest single Take Care is by prolific Spanish producer HD Substance. HD has been making waves in the Spanish music scene since the late 80’s. His first musical venture during that time was techno-pop project Ballet Mecanico. 20 years later along with 4 albums and 50 single releases, HD is leaving a lasting imprint on the global underground dance community. Take Care begins with some intergalactic funk sounds that proceed to warn the listener with an ominous vocal. The drumbeat builds around a crisp synth line that moves in synch with some layered percussion that trickles in slowly. This is a dark, funky, late night track for the lover of all things deep and techy.
