The remix contest for hip house superstar Bear Who?’s newest single ‘The Beatbox’ has now come to a close.

The two top winners receive goodies galore plus a release on Dust Traxx, and the three runners-up are entitled to a Dust Traxx digital singles pack.

Beatportal teamed up with Dust Traxx and GrooveSource Media to find talented producers to remix hip house superstar Bear Who?.

The vocal parts for ‘The Beatbox’ were available for download to remix, and now the top two winning remixes are featured here on ‘The Beatbox Remix Contest’ [check it out in the player below].

Congratulations to first place and Grand Prize winner Brut van Daal, who adds a wicked tech edge to the hip hop cut.

Van Daal will receive a Dust Traxx digital discography from GrooveSource Media in addition to being featured on Beatport with ‘The Beatbox Remix Contest’.

In at second place is Naksi vs. Brunner, who add a groove-based electro house dancefloor feel.

Naksi vs. Brunner receive a ‘Best Of’ Dust Traxx digital discography in addition to being featured on Beatport with ‘The Beatbox Remix Contest’.

The three runners up receive a Dust Traxx digital singles pack.

The runners up are Jamie Gracia Roche, JaeSoul and Fivet Remy (AKA Costello).
