Axiom Recordings Release Debut Single from Sweden’s Elias Landberg

Being partly based out of Michigan, USA we at Axiom Recordings [l] feel specially connected to our 15th release because of its particular Detroit vibe.

From the mind of yet another addition to our stable of talented artists whose work we feel needs a home we bring to you Elias Landberg [a]. From Stockholm, Sweden his musical influences come from Techno, House, Detroit, and early Electronica. He has released on or remixed for Mezzotinto, Harthouse, Num, Peacefrog, Trenton and Atypical Farm among others.

Release Synopsis:

Echo- If you know and love Circoloco the way we do then this is the one for you. This WILL find a nice home with many DJ’s.  Imagine looping musical algorithms that had their own ability to shift and artificially understand the meaning of what they were doing to a crowd?  This track is simply devastating with energy and top-notch production.

Echo (Junior O & Marc Cotterell Remix)- Axiom Recordings [l] boss Junior O [a] mans the boards alongside Axiom frequent collaborator, Marc Cotterell [a] giving us a full Tech House treatment with syncopation, shakers, snares, high hats and beats in the right places with an awesome breakdown.  Upon resuming, the beats and keys go in overdrive and make this version a late night sexy affair.

Sender- IF the vaults to the EchoCord record label were opened and IF they allowed us to freely borrow this would be the record of our choosing.  Deep, sluggish, melodic, dark and moody.  We don’t know if this makes us cry or jump for joy.  What it does do is evoke emotion and create a reaction.  We are honored to add this track to our catalogue. Would go particularly well with the volume turned way up driving down Woodward Ave. during the Woodward Dream Cruise. This is simply Fresh.

Drop Shadow- This arpeggiated stormer changes itself like the seasons. Slowly but surely, this is a dependable and quality cut.  This one is for the late night vibe or to help build your sets into a frenzy.  This is a nasty release though.  Not to be relegated to the back of the bus.
