ATB ‘9pm (Till I Come)’

ATB’s massive ‘9pm (Till I Come)’ track was released at the height of trance’s popularity in 1999 and revealed just how popular the genre had become in the mainstream.

The track, which features a striking pitched-up guitar sound, reached No.1 in the UK Singles Chart and was the UK’s 5th biggest selling single of 1999 with around 850,000 copies sold.

An amazing feat, considering the tune was the first record to be released by its German producer André Tanneberger.

On the back of ‘9pm (Till I Come)’ ATB became a worldwide star, and is still one of the most popular DJs in the world - he reached No.13 in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll 2006.
