Armin releases James Bond-inspired video
7 July, 2011 | 8.28AMThankfully, the video for Armin Van Buuren
’s latest single, “Feels so Good,” features none of the scantily-clad, gyrating girls you usually see in pop-dance videos.
Instead, the world’s number-one DJ has gone for a Casino Royale theme for the fifth single to be taken from his latest artist album, Mirage.
Once again he’s paired up with vocalist Nadia Ali – the voice behind his 2006 release “Who Is Watching?” and the IIO classic “Rapture” – who, as well as providing the vocals for this track, stars alongside AvB in the video.
Whether it’s a good idea or a bad idea for DJs to feature in their own videos, one thing’s for sure: as an artist who doesn’t tend to plaster his face all over his posters and album covers, it’ll certainly make for some compelling viewing for his fans.
Mixes of the track come from Jerome Isma-Ae
, Jochen Miller
and Tristan Garnerand, as well as a club mix from Armin himself. Check it out here.
