Announcing Beatport & Burn Studios’ Sasha “Cut Me Down” Remix Competition winners

Study hard, make the grade, and get released on Sasha’s ”Last Night On Earth” imprint. It’s not exactly the same advice mom use to give but it is exactly what the Beatport and Burn Studios’ remix winners accomplished. After advancing in last June’s producer search, a small talented group of finalists were flown to Ibiza, where they earned the keys to Burn Studios’ Hacienda.

For 5-days they took part in an intensive music production bootcamp, which included mentoring sessions with Sasha himself and Beatport’s C.E.O. Matt Adell, among others. At the conclusion of their stay, with the white isle’s sunset in the distance Sasha then awarded the ultimate graduation package, the official release of their Cut Me Down Remixes exclusively on Beatport.
