The new single from Andain—the duo of Josh Gabriel and Mavie Marcos—is currently sitting at #1 in the Beatport trance charts. “Promises,” a teaser for the duo’s forthcoming album, showcases Andain’s unique ability to fuse euphoric beats with classic pop songwriting, as well as blending moods into a bittersweet mixture. Says Mavie, “I’m usually the one pulling for the strings, bells, twinkles and melodic sounds, while Josh is great at creating the darker melancholic textures, the synths and distorted sounds to bite you and feel gritty. Beautiful music needs both of these.”

Out now on Black Hole Recordings, the first EP includes trance remixes from Myon & Shane 54 and Nitrous Oxide, along with a dubstep mix from Secret Panda Society; Gabriel & Dresden even reunited for a very special mix.

A second EP includes an even bigger selection of remixes, including reworks from Marco V, Richard Durand, Kris O’Neil, Soundprank, Adam Sheridan, David Call, and Myon & Shane 54, along with a radio edit of the original.
