Ripe for the summer dancefloor, Alex Imparato comes through with some focused, uplifting house grooves on his new EP for Metroline.
Black Magic is a complex percussive groove. A sub-bothering bassline bumps along while lush pads give the track structure and deep set vocals emphasise the deepness of the track.
Fog’s Barbarella remix of Black Magic is pure old skool deepness. It’s jacking rhythm and warm, buttery baseline give it that 4am magic. A serious house jam.
My Soul is a focused techno cut. Its relentless groove is kept nice and smooth by some subtle filtered vocal overlays, but its the locked on-target rhythms that really make the track what it is - in the zone.
Pepper Sauce is a deceptively simply simple house jam with a big bump and grind factor. The bass-drop is going to win over any dancefloor and keep the party locked in nicely.
