Fabric turns out a strange, hypnotic promo video for Agoria’s Fabric 57 mix, deftly capturing the feeling of being lost in one’s own headphones in a public place.

As anyone who has heard his Balance 016 or At the Controls can attest, Agoria’s mixes are never run-of-the-mill affairs – they range widely across genres and incorporate an impressive array of textures and ideas, all the while remaining coherent and ultra-concentrated.

Fabric 57 includes cuts from Vainqueur, STL, Clara Moto/dOP, Arthur Russell, Space Dimension Controller, Cottam, Mark E and Juan Atkins’ Infiniti, to name just a few artists—as well as Ella Fitzgerald and Sun Ra and his Mythic Science Arkestra.
