Agnelli & Nelson news
29 August, 2007 | 3.47PM- Section: Music News
If trance floats your boat then look no further then ‘Agnelli & Nelson present The A&N Project’ and their Deepblue debut. ‘Wear That Dress’ is classic Agnelli & Nelson – pristine production and infectious melodies, underpinned by some stonking guitar licks and a blistering vocal performance from Phil Wolesey.
Already receiving support from Ferry Corsten, Dave Pearce, Matt Darey and Matt Hardwick, remixes come courtesy of A&N, fellow Irish man John O’Callaghan and Sean Tyas.
Talking of John O’Callaghan, Armin Van Buuren’s has been canning his single ‘Big Sky’ at Amnesia all summer long.
So amazed by the reaction has the Dutchman been that he’s signed it to his Armin label.
“It took about 6 months to complete,” says the Irish creator.
“When I heard Audrey Gallagher’s first take of vocals I was absolutely blown away and I knew from then that the track was going to be big.
“The track is a different style for me as I have taken a more laid back approach on the original mix, but the effect is huge and I really hope it goes down well in the summer season.”
Incidentally Agnelli & Nelson reciprocate on mix chores.
