Afro Acid Digital raises it with ‘House Thunda!’

Besides being a crucial DJ and production wizard partly responsible for the development of Chicago acid-house, DJ Pierre later influenced the sound of New York’s more disco-fied house with his tenure as an in-house producer for Strictly Rhythm.

A man of many guises past and present, his latest is as label head for Afro Acid Digital, his newly created label that has already seen the issue of ‘The Dance!’ and ‘Night At The Electro’.

The third, and best yet, comes from DJ Mtraxxx with the mighty ‘House Thunda’.

As with what’s gone before there’s the acid overload of days gone by mixed up with some tasty contemporary electro naughtiness.

Mix-wise, DJ Pierre takes you on another black tech trip, while the House Of Stank adds some energised NYC rawness to the mix to compliment the DJ M-Traxxx original that fully exposes his Chicago house and Detroit techno roots.
