Adam Beyer’s Top 10 chart for Drumcode Tour
Adam Beyer’s Top 10 chart for Drumcode Tour
8 October, 2008 | 9.29AMFrom tomorrow, Beatportal will be joining Swedish techno spinner Adam Beyer
and his DJ cohort Joel Mull
on their North American tour.
During our live blog, the Drumcode
pair will be playing at Cielo in New York, Circa in Toronto and 90 Degrees in Miami and we’ll be there reporting on all the action as it happens at: http://www.beatportal.com/topics/c/drumcode-tour
Ahead of the tour, we asked Adam Beyer to provide his Top 10 DJ chart so that we could have a taster of what to expect during the tour.

Topping Adam Beyer’s chart is Mark Broom’s remix of Matt Nordstrom
‘Lucky Drawls’, a track on Saved Records
, the label run by Nic Fanciulli
. It’s quite deep techno.
It wouldn’t be right if Adam Beyer didn’t have some club bangers in his chart, and at No.2 is Tony Rohr’s bassline-driven techno track ‘Fem’. The tour is set to be high octane if Beyer plays this style.
There will be some lighter moments too though, if Adam plays tracks like the Tiger Stripes
Dub Vox of Roland Clark
‘Black In My Soul’ or the Peter Dildo
mix of Aural Distortion
‘Plasma’.
Ultimately, tomorrow night’s first gig of the tour at Cielo in New York City looks set to be a lesson in pure Swedish-tinged techno.
