‘Body of Conflict’ was arguably one of the best releases of 2007.
This year the trance duo are back with their new single, ‘A Day That Fades’.
The record has all the qualities of a great trance tune as well as featuring vocals from Gareth Emery’s sister, Roxanne Emery.
By expertly combining their trademark sound with uplifting vocals and getting a trance expert’s sister to sing the lyrics, the duo have got some pretty good ingredients for the perfect trance recipe.
Cosmic Gate – also known as Claus Terhoeven (Nic Chagall) and Stefan Bossems (Bossi) – are best known for the love-it-or-hate-it tune, ‘Fire Wire’, but ‘A Day That Fades’ shows off their capability to produce different styles of music.
The fourth single taken from the album ‘Earth Mover’, the original AM2PM Edit has a fantastic buildup but also check out the ‘Inpetto Edit’ and ‘Shifted Reality Remix’.
Its appearance on the new ‘Godskitchen Underground’ album is enough to know that this track is going to be huge, but if you‘re still not convinced, listen out for it next time you go to see Armin van Buuren, Judge Jules, Tiesto or Sander van Doorn.
