Held in Ghent, Belgium, from July 18 through the 28th this year, the lengthy 10 Days Off festival is heralded as an annual “gathering of tribes” where all genres of electronic music are celebrated.

Originally started as Ten Days of Techno in 1995, this festival has since drawn the attention of millions of music lovers the world over, with festival-goers totalling upwards of 25,000 in 2006. 

This year’s line-up includes the likes of Mr. Richie Hawtin himself (along with The Cube), Magda and Barem performing on Tuesday the 22nd, with Heartthrob playing live.

Also included in this year’s events is the first edition of ‘Electrified’—a collaboration amongst The Vooruit Arts Centre, S.M.A.K. (Museum of Modern Art Ghent) and 10 Days Off in a series of two nightly audio-visual performances and musical acts.
