For an alternative weekend in the English countryside visit Antiworld 070707 festival, which for the the first time will be bringing together the best psy trance, techno, minimal, electro and breakbeat DJs and artists in a field in Hampshire.

Whilst the likes of Infected Mushroom and Hallucinogen will play live on the Antiworld Main Stage, the very best in techno and electro will play on the jointly-hosted Firefly/Atomic Jam stage including James Holden, Blackstrobe (live), Adam Beyer, Technasia (live), Green Velvet, Josh Wink, Speedy J, and the British Murder Boys.

Layo & Bushwacka!, Damian Lazarus, Mixmaster Mike from the Beastie Boys, Felix Da Housecat and Evil 9 will also play at Antiworld 070707.

Hard dance and trance fans will be catered for as Andy Farley, Yves Deruyter, Christopher Lawrence and DJ Preach have been booked to play.

A breakbeat stage will be hosted by London crew Chew The Fat!, and Ninja Tune will be running a stage to showcase the best artists from their leftfield/hip hop record label.

What’s more, Antiworld is a three-day marathon and runs from Friday 6th - Sunday 8th July 2007.

That means for 100 quid, you can escape reality for an entire weekend and immerse yourself in rave culture, like a true new age hippy.
