Thanks to thousands of electronic music fans, Beatport is able to recognize for the very first time, the producers who make electronic music exciting.
The results for the Beatport Music Awards 2008 are below.
With the public having voted in 19 categories (which were based on unit sales on Beatport.com during 2007), Beatport is able to recognize the Best Artists that make up the many labels and genres of electronic music.
From Best Trance Artist, to Best Minimal and Deep House Artist, every genre has its champion.
Only registered Beatport users were able to vote in the BMAs, making it the most secure online poll in electronic music.
