From 2009, the Sonartek project is formed by Niki B [a], Matteo Tirelli and Sander Tare. All of them come from different experiences.

From1999 Niki B [a] has worked together with Christian E.F.F.E. for labels like Saw Recordings, Audio Therapy, Opossum and Stereo Music. In 2008, evolving his own music to a more deep and minimal sound, he established Sonartek.So far, Sonartek has reached labels such as Kismet Records and Two Faces Records.

From 2009, finding a new dimension, the Sonartek Team has experienced a radical swift in its organization: The DJ-producer Christian E.F.F.E. has left the group, freeing the ground to Matteo Tirelli and Sander Tare that have become part of the project. Until this time, the two have been producing their own tech-house music for some labels, under the name of Tyre & Tare [a].

The new collaboration has immediately started to advance the sound created until that moment. Trying to give more warmth and musicality to the productions, their new work has been focusing on the creation of a mix of natural or ethnic sounds to generate an electro-synthetic ambient.

The appreciation of their new sound brought them to develop new collaborations, outside their own productions, with other established DJs and singers such as Francesco Passantino [a] with the singer Sabrina Carnevale, Francesco Zappala [a], Roby J [a] and Christian Kou.

During these years Sonartek achieved their appreciation from all over Europe and have been working for some of the most illustrious labels in the world such as: SAW, AUDIO THERAPY, HELL YEAH, OPOSSUM .

In 2008 the evolution of their sound led them toward more essential and mental ambient productions. A sound dimension that had always been inside their minds and has finally found its realization with the Sonartek project.

The first Sonartek project’s releases were for Rui da Silva’s cult label called Kismet Records and for the brand new German label Two Faces records.

From February 2009 Christian E.F.F.E. left the Sonartek project and Tyre&Tare;producers (Sander Tare and Matteo Tirelli) started to collaborate and will take part at the future Sonartek project’s productions.
