Conrad Shafie, aka Blame, is a drum & bass producer and label head of 720 Degrees Music [l], who is said to have been there when drum & bass “broke” in the UK in the early ‘90s. 

His first release came in 1992 on the Moving Shadow [l] imprint, which broke the charts and rose to number one in the dance charts.
